There is NO WAY in Hell that Biden is going to be the 46th President!

Once it is clear that Biden has won the election, Trump will resign which will make Pence the 46th President, so Pence can then pardon Trump.

Biden will become the 47th President on Jan 20, 2021.

Here's to 47!

Look at how Ford pardoned Nixon and how Lincoln pardoned all involved in the civil war.

Biden can rescind Trump pardons if they were determined to be illegitimate

in order to absolve or cover up criminal guilt. It's complex but boils down to that if it would take place.

for rescinding a Presidential pardon? For that matter, how could a pardon be considered illegitimate? It’s pretty much a singularly absolute thing.

When be loses, he will likely scream about fraud and threaten to sue everyone under the sun. But then the house and Senate GOP will get fed up with his shit and want to move past 2020, seeing as they are likely to be recovering an electoral bloodbath in November. So they will say to accept the results, cooperate with the transition, or else they will push to have him removed via the 25th amendment. After that, trump will go quiet and he will sit around at his shit hole resort in Florida for the rest of his term, pouting the entire time.

That he should be removed by impeachment and a vote taken in the Senate to not allow him to ever run for office again. The 25th Amendment would still allow him to tee it up for 2024.

Also, with New York breathing down his neck, he may need to take a vacation to a nice spot with no extradition.

He will probably he a drilling mess by then. He can't even use the left side of his body anymore. By the time he is close to 80 years old, he will be sitting in a wheelchair chewing on Apple sauce. He's not going to run for president and I don't think many Dems or Republicans are concerned about such things. After November, Republicans and rich people are going to want to be done with him, especially if he is trying to start some kind of civil war because he can't accept the election results. Republicans are loyal to money, not Trump. If he loses, especially in a landslide, they are going to turn on him real quick (the elected Republicans).

After he loses BADLY in November, what's left of the Republican Party will be ready to turn away from him.

Except, I have some concerns about R Senators who lose (Mitch?) who might be willing to go along with Trump's challenges to the election results.

GEEZ, but I wish it were January 21, 2021 already with President Biden at the helm.

- After he lose election they have Nov. 4- Jan 20,2021
- Barr charges many of Trumps associates in white house as Barr now says after further review we have found criminal misconduct all those charged resign ... Trump then goes on TV and now wants to heal the nation and does a blanket pardon...which includes Pence
- Barr is now off the hook because he final does his job to seek justice and then charges Trump and the Senate now wants to impeach
the president puts pressure on House to start process

- Trump does the old Nixon white house speech "I am not a crook" resigns
- Pence becomes President and Pardons Trumps to again heal the nation and give a clean sheet to incoming administration
- Senate Republicans now speak out saying we had no idea that this was going on to try and save their careers, they will now go back on how bad Trump was and they would have impeached him had Pence not pardon him...
