11. A friend of my wife's was at the bank standing in line outside for the ATM.

She was wearing a mask, so were others.
The guy in front of her started babbling cryptic comments directed at her. She didn't understand and asked what he meant.
He started going off on her about her mask.
She said some words back, went to the ATM and left.
On his way out, he drove by rolled down the window, yelled something and flipped her off.

He could have picked on anyone in line, but he picked on a woman.
