Nothing spectacular about the results. Biden is running a smidgen better than HRC. Doesn't seem voters are blaming Biden for the Trump riots.

I mean Portland is the heart of Bernie country, but the state as a whole should be stronger for Biden.

The people who are for Trump are very outspoken here.

3. Kerry won it by 4 in 04. O won it by 16 in 08 and 12 in 012. Hillary won it by 12 in 016.
