Not to support the POS guy, but how is the first review from Vista California and his business is in Michigan? Maybe a friend of hers used his service.

I am leery of that kind of review as a vet I knew had her business given bad reviews from as far away as Africa and she's in CA. She had argued with someone online over medical opinion and she got trashed like that on yelp. Sadly, it's hard to know what to believe anymore. But I do hope the dog abuser/killer bigot loses everything. He's shown who he is.
