The voters we need are not informed as we are

And they don't want to be. They don't pay attention to politics or any News that doesn't directly effect them. It is so much political noise which drips through here and there. That is why the "Pussy Tape" made the same impact against Trump (when it should have ended his campaign) as the Comey laptop announcement did later. (It should have been shrugged off as the nothing it was).
This is why the facts we know about Trump don't move the needle. Not COVID, or "losers and suckers", or the Woodward book (or any book) or the massive corruption and criminality that is this Administration. They have a sense of who they might vote for but will decide by how they feel in November. This is why Trump's campaign is all about people feeling insecure about what Biden could bring. Facts and reason don't matter, if he can get enough low-info voters in a few Key States to worry about Biden in their gut, he could squeak out another win.
To reach them, we have to make sure they feel good about Biden and bad about Trump.

..they only watch FOX News.

They will never be informed until their viewing habits are changed.

I seriously doubt that they know very much about the Woodward book, for example.

the 40% Trump cultist do, but they are not the ones I am talking about. Trump loses if he only gets the GOP/cult vote.
It is the votes who moved away from Hillary in the last days because the "heard something or other about her emails". They don't watch Fox or much of any News, unless there is a big story that affects them.
We need these 10% to win.
