(3,921 posts)and 53% of white female voters went for Trump.
Only 27% of white male voters voted for Hillary, and only 42% of white female voters voted for Hillary.
White support for Trump and RW policies is not an exception, but the rule.
This doesn't mean all whites are racist, but the non-racist or anti-racist whites are simply in the minority relative to the others. It's not their fault but they're simply outnumbered.

(15,522 posts)... and Clinton won the white vote too. (Based on basic algebra from the CNN exit polls.) Not as big a majority as other races, but still a decent majority among the white non-evangelicals.
Unfortunately. the white evangelicals comprised almost 25% of all voters in 2016.
It's also interesting to me that it's the "evangelicals" who rarely ever attend church services that support Trump the most. That's from later surveys, not the exit polls.

(30,424 posts)Secondly, your stats are from the LAST Presidential election four years ago.
Your claim that "White support for Trump and RW policies is the rule not the exception" doesn't square with either the 2018 Democratic House Takeover or Trump's lagging poll numbers for the upcoming election.

(24,880 posts)Over the course of three acts, the inhabitants of a small, provincial French town turn into rhinoceroses; ultimately the only human who does not succumb to this mass metamorphosis is the central character, Bérenger, a flustered everyman figure who is initially criticized in the play for his drinking, tardiness, and slovenly lifestyle and then, later, for his increasing paranoia and obsession with the rhinoceroses. The play is often read as a response and criticism to the sudden upsurge of Fascism and Nazism during the events preceding World War II, and explores the themes of conformity, culture, fascism, responsibility, logic, mass movements, mob mentality, philosophy and morality.

(17,788 posts)out of my mind. It's nothing short of perverse to think someone like Trump could be sent for a good purpose. When you consider how long we've dealt with these twisted cults brainwashing people, this was bound to happen sooner or later.
