DU Lawyers a question

Ohio is in the 6th Circuit Ct of Appeals.
The Rep Sec Of State got a ruling, from the 10th Circuit Ct about using electronics to request absentee ballots.

2.Is another Ct Court issuing voting orders common? Since elections are controlled by states.

3.Source on the ruling

One is “district” the other is labeled “circuit”

Bad reporting called it by the wrong name

Her reporting clearly said the 10th Cir. Had to open the linked journal entry to see which court it was.
