I have a feeling Barr’s timing will be to repeat Comey’s in 2016, which will be to drop this fake “report” 2 weeks before the election. Doesn’t give much time for a response. However, this isn’t 2016 in that the surprise factor isn’t there. Biden’s campaign knows Barr is going to try and release some phony Russia smear doc regarding Ukraine so I would suspect they are well prepared. I’m also hoping the Biden campaign hold a bomb of their own. The news media can’t focus on more than one scandal at a time (constantly chasing the next headline grabber), and Americans seem to have the attention span of a gnat so if the Barr propaganda report released first, Biden’s campaign drops their Trump bombshell next and everyone’s attention turns to that.

Sad how easy it is to distract and persuade the American voting public in general.
