An observation from east central Minnesota

Rabid Trumpers, who are most of them, seem to assume that every Trumper will put out the yard sign, wear the hat and tshirt, post the bumper sticker, carry the Thermos-brand metal lunch box, etc. Anyone who is one of them has all the accessories, each sold separately.

This makes them curious, and a little bit paranoid, when they see many houses WITHOUT ANY KIND of yard sign. "Maybe THEY'RE not one of US....!?"

Bwah ha ha ha haaaaaa....

I hold that most Trump supporters have a black hole of need that they have filled with hate. They are emotionally stuck. Their hate can be racism, misogamy, a general hate created by envy of any and all who are doing "better". So along comes Trump, at last someone else who hates everyone, who believes that because of what they are (a white man), they should automatically receive the great job, sexy woman, fancy lifestyle. So they found their hero, just like the fanatic who found their idol. Like the super fan, they have the posters, movies, CD's, you know all the "merch" of their hero. Again like the super fan, they want everyone to know how much they admire them, and will never give up a chance to tell you how great their idol is.
