actually stop getting in? I've searched, but my ability doesn't turn up any analysis of this. I'm wondering if it was really only people that knew they were exempt even trying to get on flights, and most of them getting in.

So it was worthless in that regard as well as the fact that jets have flown without interruption every day between the U.S. And China.
