Remember how Trump’s approval ratings dropped when he was doing the daily virus briefings? That is likely to happen again the more often he is on TV. That’s a reason for Biden to debate him—to show a large audience that will tune in for the debates that Trump is off his rocker.

If they debate in person, I hope there is a long plexiglass divider between them so Trump has to stay on his side of the room. That alone would irritate the dotard, and I hope Joe comes out wearing a mask at first. Everything he can do to irritate Trump and throw him into one of his irrational tizzies will help. Joe needs to master the eye roll that says, “Can you believe this guy? He’s crazy!”
