Stephen Colbert has made individual videos explaining registration and voting specifications for each individual state, starting with the earliest voting states. He eventually intends to get to all 50. I have posted the individual videos that are available, so far, in the state forums. You can find specific voting information for your state there, though he has only gotten to the first 13, so far. So if he hasn't gotten to your state yet, he will.
