My brother is a registered Republican, who has moved, and uses my address for forwarding mail. Yesterday, he received 2 mail in ballot applications from the Republican Party, both unsolicited.

In the end the voting is controlled and counted by states and election officials and massive efforts will happen to take away their rights to do so.
