My wife and I are voting by mail, have received our ballots and plan to personally deliver them to the County Bd of Elections tomorrow. In the meantime, I have received several texts, emails and Facebook notifications asking if I have requested my ballot, received my ballot or returned my ballot over the past 3-4 days from several different groups. All came with instructions on where to vote, when to vote, how to vote by mail, etc. I am very encouraged since I do not recall ever being pushed this early to get my vote in.

2. I am cautiously optimistic

We have a Democratic governor now that we didn't have in 2016, plus our Secretary of State is a Democrat and she's been in office a long time. The county boards are also now run by Democrats, so there's less chance of shenanigans. Fingers crossed!
