This is sending all the wrong signals. Masks aren't perfect, but they save lives.

COS Meadows also disputes that wearing a mask is “a panacea” against Coronavirus. He says he would "gladly” wear a mask every day “if that made the difference, but it doesn't." He agrees it’s a mitigating effort, but doesn’t actually ensure there’s no spread of the virus.

I don't think the best advice is to stop looking both ways before crossing. But then, I'm not a clod like Mark Meadows.

“Well yes gun control laws would save SOME lives but they wouldn’t COMPLETELY ELIMINATE DEATHS BY FIREARM so therefore we shouldn’t have any gun control laws at all.”

He's claimed a degree he never got, ran a small restaurant, and owns a corrupt 'land development' company as the channel for receiving bribes and kickbacks in his state.

And he's a charter member of the 'Freedumb Caucus', an assemblage of self-proclaimed fools and loons.

I would rather ask my cat's views on medical measures....

Except no one said masks were a "panacea." Medical experts suggest this is the best defense we have until a vaccine (years away) or the virus burns out (not here).

Way to argue 'gainst a point no one is making
