Does Trump actually own Trump Towers?

I was reading the accounts of all Trump's bankruptcies and how the banks made him give up everything except leaving his name on properties. How did he manage to not have his towers mortgaged to the hilt? Does Putin own the towers?

7. I would be interested to see a list of what he actually does own and what properties

he only licenses his name to. Does he own all his golf courses? The Winery? I don't think they are nearly as rich as they claim to be and they must be losing money like mad these days.
