Oreilly is basically trying to say he cheated, but of course any candidate should go into a town hall prepared and anticipating what questions may be on voters minds or at least the areas.

It’s not rocket science. I think a moderately well prepared monkey could guess the general themes that would be covered....

And every person who wants to be President probably ought to know very well what they are prior to ANY debate or Q&A session. I mean what kind of moron would be like, "What?!?! Health care? I didn't know this was going to be on the test!"
