Mary Trump Shares Surefire Way For Biden To Get Under Trump's Skin In Debates

Huffington Post

The president’s niece, speaking on MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” told host Lawrence O’Donnell that Biden should address the president only by his first name, Donald.

“First of all, and I mean this sincerely, I hope Vice President Biden refers to Donald as Donald just because that’s an easy way to get under his skin and nobody’s disrespected the office as much as Donald has, so he doesn’t deserve the cover of the respect of the office of the presidency,” she said.

Mary Trump, who in July released a tell-all book about her uncle titled “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created The World’s Most Dangerous Man,” also suggested Biden call out her uncle’s lies to his face if the moderators don’t.

“Even if it feels rude, even if it feels like he’s interrupting, it’s too important for us to sit on ceremony here,” she said.

Trump was a private citizen and he had socialized with Secretary Clinton.

Now, Trump is the president and it would be a terrible mistake for VP Biden to insult the office he's seeking. There are other ways to trigger Trump and I'm sure they'll be used.

At some point in the debate, Joe just needs to throw in one line: "Tell the TRUTH for ONCE, Donald!"

And I hope Joe refers to one of tRump's lies as "mashed-potato malarkey." (Remember the episode Mary Trump recounted of Donnie's older brother dumping a bowl of mashed potatoes on Little Donnie's head?) That oughta trip his trigger BIGLY! I could see that bringing on an EPIC meltdown that would show the public just how unstable the Con is.

Second, the right-wing media would make that their talking point for weeks. Why give them a freebie?

Lastly, there must be many other ways to irk Trump and get under his skin. I'm hopeful that the Biden campaign has consulted with some psychologists to develop lines of attack that will trigger negative responses from Trump.

Make sure to question his manliness. Mention that you saw a video of an eight year-old girl climb over his "strong and powerful" wall. Call it a weak and ineffectual wall, maybe even an impotent wall.

I would call him a buffoon to his face, but that might not seem very presidential.

Definitely call out his BS. He likes to say crap he wishes was true. He never checks to see if any of it is actually true. Saves a lot of time and effort doing research that way. But most of it is just BS and he doesn't care. He just pretends that he knows things. THAT'S where the lie comes in. He doesn't really know, and he knows he doesn't know.

If he tries to make fun of Biden for getting his syntax tangled during some statement, reply with, "Hey, bub, if you want to have a contest about who can put together more coherent, grammatically correct sentences, I'll beat you every time."

I say take the high road. Give Americans someone classy to vote for.

Biden should interject with "There he goes again." and remind the NY Times and and Washington Post to add it to the 20,000 and counting list of Trump lies.
