Fresher Breath while wearing a mask

Brush your gums as well as your teeth with toothpaste, mouthwash and baking soda vigorously. Use dental floss. Gargle with mouth wash for several seconds. Some people may not be able to use baking soda. This is not medical advice, just a home remedy.
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

I like to dissolve various essential oils into alcohol (Everclear) and place in small spray bottles.

I carry a spray bottle when I'm out in the world. It's very good for disinfecting the handles of such things as shopping carts and bathroom doors.

In my alcohol/essential oil sprays, the alcohol evaporates leaving a fine layer of scented oil. I like lavender, fir needle, lemongrass and some others.

Brush the tongue as well. Brush the entire mouth. People may have the cleanest mouths they have ever had because of having to wear a mask.

But my mouth is no cleaner than it always is, since none of this changes my dental hygiene routine.

That causes gum recession. Think about brushing your gums/teeth as a massage.

And don't spray shit on your mask... just wash regularly with a mild soap.

sounds better. Did not know about gum recession. I also use bleach and mild soap to wash a mask.
