I see your point, and the apparent logic concerns me too, but targeted advertising could make it clear to fencesitters that they'll get their SC justice no matter who wins the presidency and/or the senate.

Plus it was already pretty clear that RBG wouldn't last another four years. She was an absolute superhero, but she wasn't immortal, and we all realized it. Anybody voting because of the SC would have already made their decision; I hope there won't be too many extra Trump voters coming out of the woodwork.
