9. i had to come back to this post/comment by McConnell. It is simply false. Obama was not a

lame duck President in 2016 and that term has never been used like this before. Also, in the 2014 midterms, the reThugs made no such claim to "check and balance the last days of a lame-duck president's second term." He uses a small P for Obama, and refers to years of a Presidents term as being lame duck. Farcical, and yet not unanticipated from such an evil being.
