Alright. I know the news is fresh. But

we must focus on things we can somewhat control.

Number onE being getting Biden elected. So, at this time, even though early, I think our best path forward would be to not
Focus so much on something that will rule their base. Ie abortion and Supreme Court pick.

Get Biden elected And Dem Senate and work on changes necessary to the court after whatever is they are going to do to undo it some how. Increasing member of SCOTUS and no filibuster.

Don’t make it an election issue. Just move forward and then slam the fucking door on their asses January 20, 2021.

I think the media and our side will force Biden to promise something on the SC issue.

Just look at the response this past 2 hours and how many people said they want to expand the court. I just don't see how the media and some people on our side not make SC an election issue, especially when the other side (republicans) will.

Essentially he said the president should be chosen by the people and the president should chose the SC justice
