I can think of no single event more certain to GOTV

than the death of The Notorious Ruth Bader Ginsburg. That goes for both parties. Wheels within wheels within wheels have been put in motion. One thing is certain, however. Whatever your persuasion, your vote matters and her death focuses that truth like a laser.

They are going to do and they are already motivated. None of them are staying home. So, just MHO, it isn’t going to change on their side much if at all

McConnell will ram an appointment through. Depending on 4 Repub Senators to object is a heavy lift IMHO.

I wonder for how long and how many people will continue to gather at the Supreme Court - and how long Donald will let them. I can't see his ego or Barr and his paranoia letting it last too long.

9. RBG is an icon for women's rights and is widely revered.

I see this as energizing the left, women, youth, latinos, moderates, soccer moms etc.

The anti-choice far right is always energized, RBG's passing energizes our side on this issue in a way that it typically is not.
