If Joe Biden wants to be about the only President in history to absolutely none of his agenda passed

than he will stick to the norms even while republicans wont.
If he is willing to swallow a shit sandwich and watch the Supreme Court destroy the Affordable Care Act which he has vowed to protect. He will stick to the norms. However if he is not willing to eat shit sandwich than he has no choice, but to sign off on ending the legislative filibuster expanding the Supreme Court and adding States and there really shouldn't even be a debate about it.

and people still aren't getting a relief package. Moscow Mitch is going to look pretty shitty, he always does, pretty shitty forcing a justice vote while the House passed Dem relief package has been on his desk since May.

The Dems can go to town with that, that he can hold a vote for trump's pick but not one to help the American people, many in food lines now.

If he wants to protect his Supreme Court from a future republican congress than adding States is a must.

Biden and the Dems could ram through the most progressive agenda in a century, without any delay, obstruction or gridlock, but we will have to demand they take the essential steps to do it.

If you haven’t already, put your legislators on speed dial.
