than he will stick to the norms even while republicans wont.
If he is willing to swallow a shit sandwich and watch the Supreme Court destroy the Affordable Care Act which he has vowed to protect. He will stick to the norms. However if he is not willing to eat shit sandwich than he has no choice, but to sign off on ending the legislative filibuster expanding the Supreme Court and adding States and there really shouldn't even be a debate about it.

(61,033 posts)and people still aren't getting a relief package. Moscow Mitch is going to look pretty shitty, he always does, pretty shitty forcing a justice vote while the House passed Dem relief package has been on his desk since May.
The Dems can go to town with that, that he can hold a vote for trump's pick but not one to help the American people, many in food lines now.
