Repubs trying to ram through a Supreme Court judge

Shows they think they are going to lose the senate and the White House in November . Itís the most sleazy power grab in American politics.

1. I think they would do it regardless of the circumstances.

Mitch said months ago that this is exactly what he would do in this very situation. He called it an October Surprise - he was just a couple weeks off.

5. Agreed

There would do so in any event. This is hardly a surprise and has nothing to do with their chances in November.

Y'know these get of jail free cards aren't exactly free.
Want Ivanka to stay out of jail? How about Eric? Maybe Jr is worth a justice.

Trump will lose. But will he survive? The choice is his.

3. The coming election may well end up in the Supreme Court

It seems as if 2020 keeps sliding into the abyss. What is next, a huge asteroid?

The same man who said that 237 days was too close to bring a SC Justice to a vote for Obama will bring a vote at 50 days for Trump.

4. If only we had the senate.

Itís hard to believe we went from 59-60 seat majority (2009) to losing majority in 6 years (2014). Not sure how that happened. What a mess having republicans having the senate has been. So much lost opportunity for progress for our country.

6. Moscow Mitch said the caveat to his rule was when the POTUS was from the

opposing party. Typical heads I win, tails you lose bullshit.
