Good or bad idea? I think it is a good idea, #1 it gives the Democrats people to rally behind especially if his list contains women, Hispanics, African Americans, etc #2 it doesn’t allow Trump and the Republicans to paint what type of person he would nominate as a far leftist, #3 it would take some of the shine off of their nominee especially if it is a woman

He said he would two or three months ago. If this is going to be an election issue and Trump has already produced a list (and likely will have nominated someone soon) he likely has to give voters an idea re: his own list.
