That essentially flips Gorsuch and Kavanaugh

Congress can reduce the number of slots on the court... but they can’t make a current justice retire other than through impeachment

It would just mean that the next two to retire/die won’t be replaced... and Breyer is likely the next to go (unless Trump wins... in which case Thomas)
