2. Maybe Grassley

He previously stated no vote before an election and he is probably retiring in 2022 (would be 88)-- also from an earlier era where his word might have some meaning. Romney may be the decider.

Now he wants a headline that puts him in a good light. He’s already got that, so he’ll vote the party line.

If we still have a Republican governor in 2022 I expect he’ll run and then retire early in his term so that his grandson Patrick can be appointed.

She will be concerned however, as she votes right along party lines.

And, I guess, at a billion-to-one odds, even a one-penny safety bet returns you a few million bucks...

4. Only collins has made a statement.

Correct me if I'm wrong (with verifiable sources)

romney's communication director has disavowed the story that he had committed to opposing a nomination, and murkowski's statement was before the news had broken about RBG's death, and as a hypothetical statement, should be given no weight.

she dutifully toes the party line. Murkowski might come through, and Romney, maybe. That still leaves us short but I don't think Moscow Mitch wants to have a vote before the election as he has a few vulnerable senators in his conference facing tight races—Arizona, Colorado, Maine and North Carolina—who don't want to be put in the position of voting to replace RBG shortly before the election when they didn't vote to replace Scalia long before the election. McConnell might go through the motions and seem enthusiastic for a vote while quietly signalling to Collins et al that it's ok to vote no as he doesn't want them to lose their seats, and his Majority Leadership along with it, and maybe even his own Senate seat.

By holding the vote before the election he will have done his duty to trump, who he probably thinks will lose anyway, and live to fight another day. He has no shame, he may want to wait until the lame duck session anyway and not have to rush things.

We'll see.

... but there are a lot of stories going around about how certain republican senators have come out against filling a nomination before the election, or before the inauguration. Promulgating these rumors is counterproductive, and while taking collins at her word is inadvisable, and is certainly counting ones chickens before they're hatched, counting any of the other senators mentioned is counting your chickens before the eggs are even laid.

Shortly before the announcement that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had died Friday, Sen. Lisa Murkowski said in an interview that if she was presented with a vacancy on the court, she would not vote to confirm a nominee before the election.

If she comes out and says that now (Or if it's reported that she knew of RGB's death before it broke in the media), that's a different story, but I don't like that people are reporting this quote as if it were given in the context of RBG's death.
