something in me just cannot laugh at a polio survivor, rotten though he is. He is deserving of whatever history finally dishes out to him for his actions, but he did nothing to deserve polio, he's not accountable for that. Everything else, yes. And when he meets that judgement, you can bet I'll laugh my ass off.

I can't laugh at an older person falling because that happened to my mom one time. She almost broke her nose.

But I did picture the turtle, upside down in his shell.
One can wish.

Can't wait for all the videos of COVID survivors gasping for breath, or having heart attacks. Attacks reserved, of course, for members of political parties we hate, since we're the party that cares, at least when it is convenient to do so.

We should be better than this.
