7. They give you a template and you add a few lines that tell why you vote.

It personalizes the letter and that way you don't have to hand write a bunch of letters.

It is pretty cool, I do it and it is working really great. I've been pondering my 3 sentences for the last week to make sure it is as powerful as I can make it.

9. We do postcards as well.

We are sending out postcards to an important precinct for an Illinois Congressional candidate. The candidate gave us the list.

Also, we are sending out postcards to remind voters to get to the polls in Wisconsin. Ask your local committee about this, or ask one of the grassroots organizations, like Indivisible, if you have one.

These are hand written. The script is provided. We sign only our first name.

This kind of activism works well for us now, because we are high risk for the virus. I do miss knocking on doors, though.
