are they trying to bulldoze Amy Barrett through the nomination process, but they are the same ones who denied Merrick Garland a seat on the Supreme Court.
Nominating 4 justices to the Supreme Court would be a solution to this, but it's one that I don't think Biden will take, as he (unlike me) would judge it to be too confrontational. Also we couldn't count on Manchin's support for that either.
