when Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski proclaim that they won't support a vote on the replacment for RBG ahead of the election, are they tacitly indicating that they might support one after the election (and before the inauguration) - even if Biden is elected?

Dont know how it all will workout. But if Biden wins big, we hold solid in House, and show well in Senate, a few more might question cramming it through.
