My son will not vote in New Jersey.

He registered to vote in Pennsylvania, where he's a student, and where he lives with his girlfriend.

He says Pennsylvania matters more than New Jersey.

His girlfriend - also from New Jersey - did the same.

I don't think, in any case, that he'll be coming home again. He graduates in December, will probably stay there for graduate school, seems to be in love, and there's no chance, absolutely none, that New Jersey will vote for the idiot racist fascist.

I thought about registering to vote in Arizona, same reason. Can't do it without giving up my elected position but the day will come. Good for your son.

I cast my first vote in Ohio, even though I grew up in Nebraska. I didn't have a clue, then, where I would end up - but I have now cast every single vote in my life in Ohio (starting in 1974, shortly after my 18th birthday).

He should be voting in a swing state instead of solidly blue state.

My daughter, too went to college in Pennsylvania. The pResident visited there back in 2016 and she voted there. Not for 45 of course!

Good for your son. His vote will count much more. We need PA. I can't imagine 45 capturing NJ, even with all his lawsuits!

Back home in Arizona. Will vote in Arizona, not California. Much more important here.

I convinced both to register at the end of September and VOTE IN WISCONSIN

2 blue votes in Illinois won't be missed but 2 blue votes in Wisconsin can be important

I encouraged an old gf of mine to vote in New Hampshire instead of Massachusetts in '04 where it was more critical. People need to maximize their power.
