Biden should say if the repukes put some on the court before January

and if Biden wins the election and the Senate goes Democratic then he'll pack the court. Then if trump agrees not to put some one on Biden should keep quiet and after he's inaugurated, should go back on his word and pack it anyway. We need to start being as dirty as the repukes otherwise we'll get fucked like we have been for the past 50 years

Threats from people who can't guarantee action look weak and pathetic.

Do I think the Democrats should expand the Supreme Court? 100% absolutely. Hell I think the Supreme Court should have been expanded even if Moscow Mitch hadn't betrayed his country. 9 justices that can potentially serve for 40 years is way too few. It makes each replacement hypercritical.

Still a lot of cards need to be played for it to happen.

If Biden loses (unlikely) he can't do it.
If Biden wins and the Democrats don't flip the senate he can't do it.
If Biden wins they flip the Senate but by a small margin and a few Democrats defect on removing the cloture vote he can't do it.
If Biden wins, the flip the Senate, enough Democrats vote to remove the cloture but the majority leader feels it is too "aggressive" to expand the court he can't do it.
If Biden wins, they flip the Senate, Democrats vote to remove the cloture, the majority leader decides to push for this, and a few Democratic senators fearing voter backlash vote against it he can't do it.

Even if everything works perfectly something unexpected could happen like a senator passes away or is forced to resign prior to the vote.

Mitch isn't going to back down. If he has the votes he will take the guaranteed win today and deal with the future as it happens. If he doesn't he won't but it will simply be because he doesn't have the votes not because Biden issues a threat he can't even guarantee he can act on.

Don't threaten just do it. All threatening does is rile up the opposition and give them sound bites on how much of a "radical leftist" Biden is.
