the state says to an agitator, "Go in and make this protest disorderly, so we can clear all these people out and arrest some of them."

Didn't authorities do something like this at Standing Rock, where it became a crime just to show up?

Florida is getting to be a dangerous state to be in. It wasn't that great before with Stand Your Ground but this heavy handed dictum goes deep into fascist territory. I wouldn't travel there now if I were paid to do so.
