More likely right now, he will lose the election and then try to get the courts to keep him in power. In that case, if we win in a landslide, and the scotus rules that trump still won, certification of the results will likely still happen, and the overwhelmingly democratic congress will still certify the election in January and per the constitution which is overwhelmingly clear on this, Biden will still become president at noon on January 22
