of Obama, and Clinton by association, over TPP right up to October 2016, helped give us trump.

I think we need to keep our powder dry regarding Supreme Court until after election. Reich simply sees it as an opportunity to run his keyboard.

I'm in favor of the rotating panel. So that way people won't bring frivolous cases to the court only cause they think they'd get a favorable ruling.

I really don't see the Dems passing a true court packing law. I think it'll be more judicial reform so all Dems will be on board and the blowback will be minimal. The Dems will try to pass a law to make the SC not as high stakes anymore. Also with the rotating panel, etc. I think Republicans would be hard pressed to change it if they ever got power again.
