Latest Fox News SCOTUS Talking Point: "You Can't Have A TIE If The SCOTUS Needs To Settle Election"

(I watch Faux News so you don't have to.)

Just FYI, Faux 'News' has agreed to let the tangerine emperor have an hour or so of free air time on Fox & Friends EVERY MONDAY MORNING from now until the Election. (The FEC should take a look at that, after Biden wins, and re-furbishes the FEC. Because this amounts to millions of dollars worth of illegal, undeclared campaign contributions.)

But the real purpose of these Monday morning chats, is for Fox News to supply Trump with talking points. (As if the ones he gets from Hannity every night aren't enough.) So, you can easily tell what the new talking points will be, by watching these loathsome couch potatoes feeding them to the dear leader.

It's official. Came from Steve Doucey's mouth this morning. The new talking point is you have to fill the SCOTUS seat immediately, so there won't be an EVEN NUMBER of SCOTUS Justices to decide the Election. "You can't have a TIE."

Ahem. FUCK YOU, DOUCEY! You, and every other Republican ratfcucker knows perfectly well that you FORCED there to be an EVEN NUMBER of Justices during the 2016 election, by refusing to give Obama's nomination a hearing, and you never said a word about that.

You assholes really are making it IMPOSSIBLE for the Democrats to AVOID expanding the court after they're elected. You're not even giving Joe Manchin a FIG LEAF to cover his vote against it, when it comes to that.

He is going to challenge the mail in ballots. He wants a court that will just hand him the election. He doesn't care how he does it, or how bad it looks, as long as he stays in office.

I think most of the Democrats in congress are thinking the same thing, but it sounds to outrages to say it.

The SCOTUS was wrong to make the decision they did. SCOTUS should not be deciding elections, period.

We have the President saying he wants the judge so they can rule in his favor on election issues. You don't get much more of an "appearance of impropriety" than that.
