Let’s get started somewhere. Because the the .01% already endanger what we do have. If we Americans don’t set a new vision for a new American future, then the .01%’s AI will do it for us humans, not just Americans...
whom they don’t live among,
or care about.
Their control shows that scientists and engineers can be bought and used for the .01%’s own betterment (longevity projects);
that their ideological purposes (confound, distract, and let pandemics thin the herd) hurt humans.
Beyond all of that it doesn’t matter if they earned their wealth — they are the ones for whom the U.S. Constitution and other laws are unenforceable, meaningless nuisance.

American Democracy should not be run for the benefit of the .01%, who use fictional personhoods to enrich themselves at the expense of humans who produce wealth through labor and data.
American Democracy is for the human rights of life, liberty, education and a sustainable, green Earth.
Our land base, of, by and for The People, should not be drained or controlled by some .01% who don’t care about America or Earth.

This vision is not new or weedy, or even hard to start, since the language and thinking on these things have floated through our leaders’ and the public's discourse for years.
If it looks massive, it’s only because Americans have become hypernormalized to live with a do-nothing government for 4 years, so it seems that any work by Congress and the President just feels massive.
But look to the impeachment process and the 395 bills that sit in the 2020 Senate. They are proof that Democrats right now know how to act, work and govern. One way to look at it is, this is only twenty actions in two years. But the shift should last a generation or more.

YEAR ONE — 3-BRANCH STRENGTHENING AND NATIONAL WEALTH BUILDING

1. THE 117TH CONGRESS SHALL EXPAND SCOTUS FROM 11 - 13 JUSTICES

2. CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT SHALL AUTHORIZE THE SECRETARY AND FUTURE SECRETARIES OF THE US TREASURY TO IMMEDIATELY, FOR ONE YEAR

— FREEZE ALL ASSETS OF THE FORTUNE 500
— FREEZE ALL ASSETS HELD BY U.S. HELD GLOBAL BANKS
— NATIONALIZE AND SELL OFF HALF THOSE BANKS’ ASSETS,
— DROP ALL YEARLY $5 TRILLION SUBSIDY TO BIG FOSSIL FUEL
— RECLAIM ALL TAX SUBSIDIES OF THE ABOVE FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS AS RETURNED LIQUIDITY (THROUGH RECLAMATION AND SELL-OFF) TO THE US TREASURY
-- SEIZE ALL OFF-SHORE ASSETS

3. CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT SHALL PLACE ALL RECOVERED MONIES AND FOSSIL FUEL SUBSIDIES, BY DEADLINE, INTO THE AMERICAN GREEN NEW DEAL FUND (LIKELY IN THE TRILLIONS).


4. CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT SHALL FULLY AND PERMANENTLY ESTABLISH THE NEW CLIMATE MANAGEMENT (CMA) CABINET POST, ACROSS ADMINISTRATIONS, FROM THE ABOVE FUND, CMA ALLOCATING FUNDING TO ALL PROJECTS THAT SHOW PROVEN MITIGATION OF CLIMATE CAUSES


— THE CMA WILL IMMEDIATELY FORM A PERMANENT NATIONAL PANDEMIC RESPONSE TEAM
— RESTORE THE HIGH LEVEL OPERATION OF THE CDC
— FUND NEW MANUFACTURING OF GREEN PRODUCTION — SOLAR, WIND MANUFACTURING, INSTALLATION,
— RE-STRENGTHEN THE ELECTRICAL GRID,

B) FICTIONAL PERSONHOODS DO NOT HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL STANDING IN COURTS; CORPORATE LAWS WILL DEFINE THEIR LONGEVITY THROUGH THEIR DEMONSTRATING GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP TO THE BENEFIT OF HUMANS, SHOWN BY A 3- YEAR DEADLINE AUDIT THAT PROVES

— THEIR COMPLETE CLEANUP OF “EXTERNALITIES” OF POLLUTION AND

BEFORE PASSING A MILITARY BUDGET, CONGRESS SHALL HAVE TWO INDEPENDENT INSPECTORS CONDUCT GENERAL AUDITS OF THE CURRENT NDAA AND PATRIOT ACTS; CONGRESS WILL RECEIVE A GENERAL MILITARY EXPENSE AUDIT REPORT (CONTAINING MILITARY CONTRACTOR INSPECTION SUB-REPORTS) AND IMPACT REPORTS OF BOTH THE PATRIOT ACT AND NDAA ON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC DURING THE 115TH, 116TH CONGRESSES.
CONGRESS'S MILITARY BUDGET WILL REFLECT THESE INSPECTOR GENERAL AUDITS AND REPORTS.



YEAR TWO: BUILDING BACK BETTER

1. CONGRESS SHALL PASS A STREAMLINED MILITARY BUDGET BASED ON I.G. AUDITS OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR

2. CONGRESS SHALL RESTORE FORTUNE 500, BANKS TO REGULATED CHARTER STATUS BY THE FTC ON CONDITION OF FULL REGULATORY OVERSIGHT UNDER GREEN NEW DEAL POLLUTION STANDARDS, AND RESTORE GLASS-STEAGAL REGULATORY BANKING STANDARDS.

3. U.S. CONGRESS SHALL REQUIRE BY LAW, TAX SPENDING TO STATES IN PROPORTION TO GREEN NEW DEAL FUNDED PROJECTS AND HUMAN JOB CREATION CARRIED OUT AND PLANNED IN THOSE STATES; E.G.,
— MEDICAL SERVICES ALREADY IN PLACE THROUGH MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY;
— FARM PAYMENTS TO HUMANS ONLY


4. CONGRESS SHALL PASS AND FUND THE FOLLOWING NEW ACTS:

7. US CONGRESS SHALL MANDATE A NEW YEAR-LONG 2022 CENSUS FOR INCREASING STATE REPRESENTATION IN CONGRESS.

8. REGULATE PRICING OF THE HEALTH INDUSTRY DOWNWARD TO HALF ITS CURRENT PROFIT MARGINS.

9. THE DEPT OF EDUCATION SHALL REORGANIZE SCHOOL CURRICULA, EMPHASIZING GREEN NEW DEAL PRINCIPLES, CIVICS, HISTORY, STEM AND FOREIGN LANGUAGE

10.CONGRESS SHALL BUDGET FOR NATIONAL HEALTH CARE TO MAKE BOTH THE ACA AND PUBLIC OPTION FREE

11. CONGRESS SHALL BUDGET FOR PUBLIC COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES TO MAKE HIGHER EDUCATION FREE; ONE IMPORTANT CLAUSE: FUNDING TO STATES TO HELP HONOR AND IMPLEMENT THE NEW EDUCATION AMENDMENT.

12. CONGRESS SHALL AUTHORIZE INSTALLMENT OF AI THAT SHALL MONITOR ALL THE ABOVE GOALS IN TERMS OF FUNDING SHORT/LONG TERM COSTS, HARMS, BENEFITS, IN THE ENDURING INTERESTS OF U.S. CITIZENS AND OTHER HUMANS ONLY; MONITORED QUARTERLY BY THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BRANCHES’ AND THEIR TECH STAFFS.


This is the liberal upfront effort against the powers of corporate fascists. It’s the downgrading of the outmoded, impoverishing economy of racial capitalism. It's not radical. Not hard. It can be the Democratic majority's upfront investment effort that SAVES Americans so much later, on several levels — the costs of legal powerlessness, hardships of social pandemics, climate disasters, systematic racist violence, crisis management of infrastructure, taxation without representation, spending on the 99% — all to end our entrapment in corporate battles to control our nation and government. It promotes Americans’ guaranteed control of monetary, legal, communications, energy systems that enable lasting control of
our tax wealth,
our communications and data,
our nation's science and industry of climate crises and human health,
our spending that funds a green vision that unfolds and maintains in perpetuity,
our decision making about our children’s and grandchildren’s better futures.

No more immiseration capitalism 1% economic rule;
no more junk news,
junk science,
bought government,
no more exclusions by for-profit health and education,
no more misery.

Only the Lie Machine of the .01% would fight this.
So far we've seen how much they'll steal and spend, and how far they'll go.
