(8,278 posts)He's been collecting the early voting data and combining it with the reported mail ballots received by elections offices. He even used a FOIA request to attain some of this information.

(31,373 posts)The numbers from NC have to be absentee ballots returned by mail.
but some of those numbers are in person early voting in Virginia. That's what I meant by "both"

vote in person, no mail in for me. Office is open 5 days a week
from 8-5, 1st time they have allowed this without major restrictions.
