So while "Race and Violence in our Cities" is going to get the most racist responses from Trump, racism has impacted the economy, the response to the SARS-CoV-2, the courts (state and federal), the integrity of elections (voter suppression, the past), and Trump's record.

But, yes, "Race and Violence in our Cities" is worded to promote and encourage racism.
