Feeling down

Not sure how i’m going to make it through this election. Feel like the forces of the universe are against what is right & good. Every time i turn around, it’s just more bad news for the dems. Just having a really hard time today 😔

and leave it off. You already know how you are going to vote, so there isn't much point in watching any of it.

I have been fighting against Repugs since Reagan. The thought of a right wing pos taking her seat, just breaks my heart. I greatly worry @ the world my kids will be living in.

and again, it's all over today. that kind of shit is catching. i'm not usually a 'pull yourself up by your bootstraps' kind of a person. but when you start bringing others down, i cant support that shit.

Had a similar issue last week. Bought myself a bicycle, it's taking care of the anxiety. I make a list of to-do's the night before and busy myself til bedtime. I remember how devastated I was in 2016, depressed for weeks. Life went on.
