Well...

Maybe with a salad. Little balsamic vinaigrette, some bullet tuna, tomato, and a swiss chard/arugula mix. Fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano, just a tad of cracked black pepper. Maybe some fresh basil in the greens mix.
