A rubber bullet vs a can of soup?

Which one hurts the most? I would have to say a rubber bullet hurts more, but what do I know? I never have hit by either a rubber bullet or hit by a can of soup!

In some states, if the person struck is law enforcement, it would be a felony, rather than a misdemeanor, and both jail time and fine are increased.
