On The Whole Trump Will Use Legislatures To Choose Electors Thing

It is highly unlikely, that while state is allowed to select how electors are chosen, that any competent court would allow legislators to change the rules of the game AFTER the game has been played. These stories are to depress turnout, likely nobody on either side thinks this is a credible scenario.

No. Not Kavanaugh. Not Gorsuch. Not even Thomas. They might be conservative, even right wing, but they would not subvert the entire electoral process in my opinion.

Worry about the Frigidaire sized asteroid in our orbit 11-2 instead.

Since it is 2020, it would be par for the course if the asteroid hit a key satellite uploading data from Broward County.

And since it is Florida, totally plausible.
