But after taking a breath, thinking about and talking to a few folks here....I do feel better.

The constitution says that the president has to leave office Jan 20th. Period. It's pretty clear about that. If the election has not been resolved, it would make Pelosi president according to John Dean.

Not only that, the states have to certify the results. Once that's done, trump can't do much.

I think I would worry if it's a close election and we're looking at a repeat of 2000.

This is why it's important that as many people as possible get out and vote. We need a loud and clear mandate leaving no doubt whatsoever. That's our best shot, IMO.
