I'd wager every single person on DU is going to vote. That isn't the problem. The problem are the fence sitters, those who refused to vote four years ago or voted third party. It's about doing everything we can to show them their vote counts.

The easiest way to show them their vote doesn't count is by literally telling them that. Then the incentive, or the motivation, to stand in line and cast their ballot becomes far less than what it needs to be to get those fence sitters to the polls.

DU isn't a worry. It's the 40% or so other Americans who sat home four years ago.

I really do agree.

The vast majority of voters decided a long time ago whether they liked him or not, whether they would approve of his actions, and whether they would support his candidacy. For many voters, this cake is baked.

impact legislation. Even in my state there is a chance Democrats could surprise GOPers with some unexpected victories.

Arizona, Georgia and others won't be red by the next election cycle. Well, it appears that Arizona has a good shot of going blue this year.

Either way, in 4 or 5 years whites will be a minority in this country. The demographics are changing, but the repukes aren't. They will soon be more irrelevant than ever.

we won't have closed polls, etc. now there is no virus here (fyi yes we have it bad, but no statewide mask mandate we follow the lead of Washington DC).

I assume that I will vote at the school down the road, you know the one that is open for in person schooling, with no problems (no that's not true, but hey were working on that heard immunity), after all I am a white woman in a red district of a red state, I am being encouraged to vote, there only problem is I am not a red voter.
