Bullshit!!!! The AG is just covering his sorry ass. My guess is,there was a major contribution by the Police Officers Union or Federation that as well as Evidence did not make it's way into the Jury Room.

What other obvious falsehoods were given to Grand Jury? With multiple people saying no warning was given, and one single upstairs witness saying yes there was, for them to believe the one is simply unfathomable. It's absurd. This GJ was given false or misleading information (or info was withheld) IMO.

I'll admit I have no idea how evidence works in a Grand Jury -- who gives it? Both sides? Dunno. Maybe my thinking is completely wrong, so I'm just saying what I think with no evidence.
