1. Go and Vote! Make sure you vote! Make sure all of your love ones vote! make sure your friends and neighbors vote!

I know all the horror stories the media loves to present to gin up viewers/listeners/readers are very seductive but, in large part, they're intended only to rile everyone up, to create the most alarming narrative possible.

Change the channel. Disconnect yourself from the manipulation machine.

We need to be getting ready to do what the people of Belarus are doing.

Start talking to trusted friends, make a plan to get away from work and other obligations for the Hell weeks, and determine for yourself how much Good Trouble you can handle (to borrow from John Lewis.)
