Spoiler Alert If this is an allegory.
There is an interpretation of history I am sure you have encountered. Where Hitler was an example to show us the flaws of dictatorship.
There is another interpretation that often goes hand in hand with this idea. One that says that the drama we are watching and living through was planned by souls.
If this is the case, expect it to get dark before it gets better. Expect Trump to do everything he can to steal the election. Expect Republican leaders to support a takeover. Expect them to rig vote counts, cooperate with Putin, and use violence to suppress truth. (Expect this in any case.)
If this is an allegory or a testing of souls or a last battle before a new era on earth, then it is likely to give us all good opportunities to see the right choice, make the right choice, defend the right choice and even die doing so.
If so, then bless you my comrades. Sing brave songs, pray constructive prayers and be brave.
If this is a time foretold and ordained, I fear it is indeed going to be in winter. I don't know what hills you can head for but this may be a bumpy ride.
